Extended DISC® Quick Reference Cards

These cards are a quick reference tool for participants to ensure behaviors really do change. One side of the card provides information and tips on how to identify the four DISC Styles, and the Do’s and Dont’s when communicating with the styles for effective communication. The other side includes specific tips on how to modify communication with all of the DISC Styles.

Stress and Time Management

These cards provide a quick overview of how the DISC styles approach stress and time management. One side of the card provides specific information about the strengths and development areas with time management, as well the time perspective for each of the DISC-styles. The other side includes practical information about the causes and signs of stress, and how to alleviate stress tips.

Overview

These overview cards provide a brief overview of each of the DISC styles. On one side you have each style’s Motto, Preferred Environment, Feels Most Comfortable, Irritated by, Limited By, and Favorite Question. On the other side you have each style’s Focus, Needs, Seeks, Needs to learn, Under Pressure, and Fears.

Extended DISC® Coach’s Playbook

The Playbook is for coaches and facilitators who debrief Individual Assessments one-on-one.  It will save you time and make you more effective and credible.  It assists with clear and practical page-by-page instructions for debriefing the Extended DISC® Individual Assessments.
The Playbook is primarily intended for one-on-one sessions with your clients, providing a thorough understanding of the Individual Assessments and to aid in simplifying delivery of the information effectively and with a maximum impact on improving clients’ performance.  However, it also a good resource to deepen your own knowledge as a facilitator.

Extended DISC® Play & Learn Game

The Play & Learn Game includes four separate, interactive, and fun games that reinforce learning:

Game I: Name That Style – Helps your participants learn the DISC-styles. It consists of 52 playing cards with adjectives on one side. Participants separate the cards into four piles (D, I, S, and C). Once they have completed the task, they flip over the cards. If they have matched the adjective with the correct style, all suits are together. Example of adjective: Outgoing (Do you know the style?)
Game II: The Style is Right – Reinforces the learning of the DISC-styles. It consists of 52 playing cards with phrases on one side. Participants separate the cards into four piles (D, I, S, and C). Once they have completed the task, they flip over the cards. If they have matched the adjective with the correct style, all suits are together. Example: Asks the Question “Why?” (Do you know the style?)
Game III: Role Playing – Great energizer!! It consists of two card decks: Role Playing Deck and Style Deck. The person draws a card from each deck. Example: Role Playing card states “Describe how you pack for vacation?” The Style Deck Card is “S-style”. The person must then describe how he packs for a vacation as an S-style. Your participants will have a lot of fun with this game!
Game IV: Extended DISC® Trivia – Compete and learn! It consists of 52 Cards with trivia questions. Example: What one style doesn’t get along with others of the same style? Answer: “D”.
